In the event you need to return an item purchased from RAC, please email info@gorac.com or call 901-489-7958 for a RAN (Return Authorization Number).
 

What is RAC's return policy?

If you place an order from us and need to return your item, we will gladly process your return within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund the purchase price to you less shipping costs and restocking fee. We reserve the right to administer a 10% restocking fee for any non warranty related return. If in the event you do receive an order from us that does not seem to be operating properly, please contact RAC for technical support before shipping it back. Many times we can trouble shoot the problem over the phone. If it has been damaged during shipment to you, please contact us for prompt replacement product and directions on how to return the damaged product.

Do I need an RMA# before returning a product?

Yes you do, This will help document any issues or problems with a shipper or product that you may have, and help us get them corrected.

Is there any restocking fee?
